The Haven is a monthly peer-led safe space for survivors and loved ones to come together and connect. The Haven is held at Eckhart Public Library in Auburn every 3rd saturday of the month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on the upper level. ****Please disregard the DATE in this event****
Healing doesn't happen because someone has all the answers. A safe, welcoming space where survivors of sexual violence and the people who loved them through it can come together for connection, encouragement, and hope. This is not therapy or crisis counseling. Instead, the Haven offers a trauma-informed environment where people can share, listen, and learn if they choose to begin rebuilding connection after trauma, or just be in a room full of people who just understand. Every gathering is guided by respect, confidentiality, and the understanding that healing looks different for everyone. Whether you come to listen, ask questions, or share your story, you are welcome exactly as you are.
