By accessing or using the Saving Grace Advocacy & Support website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Saving Grace Advocacy & Support, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing advocacy, support, and resources for survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones. You can reach us at savinggraceadvocacy@gmail.com.

You agree to use the Site only in ways that are:

• Respectful of other visitors and of our community.
• Not disruptive to the technical operation of the Site or its infrastructure.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, to interfere with its operation, or to use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and source code — is either owned by Saving Grace, used with permission, or made available under an applicable license. You are welcome to view, quote, and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, as long as you give appropriate credit and don't imply that we endorse you or your work. Reproducing, modifying, or distributing content for commercial purposes requires our written permission.

When you email us, submit a contact form, or otherwise send us information, you confirm that what you're sharing is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Donations through this Site are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Venmo. Saving Grace does not receive or store your payment card information. All donations are voluntary. Depending on your situation, donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law — please consult your own tax advisor.

The information on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, mental health, or crisis care. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please call emergency services or a qualified crisis line right away.

Our Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We include those links as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those sites. When you click an external link, you leave our Site at your own discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
